Commercial Due Dillegence. We worked for Larrain Vial and Patio Capitales in Chile: through a commercial due diligence of the lease agreements proposed by Selina Hostels in order for Larrain Vial to acquire Selina’s contractual obligations to the owners of its hotels, as well as to support the growth of the chain with new hostels.
