Fairfield by Marriott Tarapoto

Located in the heart of the Peruvian high jungle, Tarapoto is a vibrant destination that combines lush nature, Amazonian culture, and warm hospitality. Surrounded by waterfalls, lagoons, and natural reserves, it offers unique experiences for both relaxation and adventure.

In this project, we handled the full development, from structuring to comprehensive execution, including municipal processes and design with the hotel chain.

The hotel:
Approx. 7,800 m2 of built area including 91 rooms, event rooms, restaurant, gym, pool, and bar.
