Founding Partner
He is a Founding Partner of Onirius Hospitality Advisors, and previously of RH10.
At Onirius, Miguel leads the Development and Project Management services, having participated in the development of over 2,000 hotel rooms across the region in recent years, working with a wide range of owners and various international brand standards.
TOMÁS MIRÓ
Founding Partner
He is a Founding Partner of Onirius Hospitality Advisors and previously of Regenera Hospitality Trends.
He is primarily responsible for feasibility studies, operator selection, negotiation of management and franchise agreements, capital raising, and hotel transactions.
LUIS RUIZ
Partner
With international experience in consulting, M&A, and real estate across Spain, Argentina, Turkey, and Colombia, Luis leads the financial advisory and hotel investment services at ONIRIUS.
CARLOS CORRAL
Partner
A Building Engineer with experience in hotel project development as well as residential construction in his early career.
He has worked in Spain, Australia, and Germany, and is currently based in Peru, LATAM.
