Our scope included full project structuring, including land selection, conceptual design, cost and business models, tendering and operator selection, as well as capital structuring and project financing.

The hotel:
Approx. 20,300 m² of built area, including 270 rooms, meeting rooms and boardrooms, restaurant, bar, and gym. The project also includes over 2,000 m² of commercial space on floors 1 and 2.
