Tapestry Collection by Hilton OSMA

Barranco, Lima (Peru).

Barranco, Lima’s bohemian district, captivates with its artistic atmosphere, colorful streets, and romantic seaside spirit. Among its treasures stands the Pedro de Osma Museum, a majestic republican-era mansion that houses a valuable collection of Peruvian viceregal art. Surrounded by galleries, cafés, and murals, Barranco blends history, culture, and creativity, becoming the epicenter of contemporary art in Lima.

The project, connected to the Pedro de Osma Museum itself, is being developed from the initial structuring phase through comprehensive project management all the way to the hotel’s opening.

The Project:
Approx. 10,100 m² of built area. The hotel includes 76 rooms, event and multipurpose rooms, restaurant, bar, and gym. It also features a commercial area with an approximate rentable space of 290 m².
