Lima is one of the Latin American cities with the fastest tourism growth in recent decades. There, we supported the development of this four-star hotel located on Avda. Ricardo Palma.

Our value proposition consisted of structuring the project, providing comprehensive development management from concept to hotel opening, and organizing the asset management framework.

The hotel:
Approx. built area. 19,000 m², including 200 rooms, meeting and board rooms, a restaurant and bar, gym, and swimming pool.
