We worked hand in hand with the client and the hotel chain to design and implement a Property Improvement Plan (PIP), upgrading the hotel’s category through a comprehensive renovation of its interiors and facilities.

The hotel:
Approx. built area. 20,000 m² of built area and over 50,000 m² of gardens. Includes 163 rooms, event halls and meeting rooms, two restaurants, a sake bar, swimming pool with pool bar, gym, and spa.
