In the heart of Miraflores, the district with the highest tourism growth in Lima in recent decades, we supported the development of this four-star hotel, bringing the brand and hotel chain to the city for the first time.

Our proposal included the structuring of the project, along with comprehensive development management from conceptualization to hotel opening, and the organization of asset management.

The Project:
Approx. 5,700 m² of built area.
The hotel includes 63 rooms, event and multipurpose rooms, a breakfast area, bar, and gym.
