In the heart of Miraflores, we supported the development of an iconic mixed-use project, strategically located on block 2 of José Pardo Avenue, at the corner of Atahualpa Street, just steps from Kennedy Park.

The project combines a luxury hotel under the NHOW brand, Class A offices, and modern retail spaces featuring renowned brands. NHOW Miraflores positions itself as a five-star hotel offering avant-garde design, premium comfort, and a unique experience — ideal for discerning travelers seeking luxury, culture, and accessibility in the heart of Lima.

The Project:

Approx. 58,000 m² of built area on a 4,000 m² lot.
The hotel includes 243 rooms, event and multipurpose rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool, pool bar, and rooftop.
It also features two commercial floors with more than 7,000 m² of leasable area and a 14-story office tower offering approximately 12,000 m² of leasable space.
