San Isidro is Lima’s most exclusive and business-oriented district, where modernity coexists with elegant residential areas and expansive parks. Designed as a mixed-use project—including an extended-stay hotel, two floors of commercial space, and office levels—we collaborated in the structuring of the project and provided comprehensive project management from conceptualization to the start of construction.

The Project:
Approx. 28,200 m² of built area. The hotel includes 105 rooms, event rooms, restaurant, bar, and gym. Two (02) floors of commercial space with an approximate rentable area of 2,000 m² and seven (07) floors of offices totaling more than 7,000 m².
