Llevamos a cabo un estudio de mercado y conceptualización de un proyecto hotel boutique con branded residences.
The process also included validating the land location in Achotines Bay, just a few meters from Playa Venao.
We also selected a hotel operator specialized in boutique properties, Hamak Hotels, and, in collaboration with them, brought in architect Alberto Calleja, an expert in tropical brutalist architecture.
