Our services include design management (schematic, development, and construction documents), local administrative project and licensing management, oversight of technical assistance agreements with the hotel chain (including deliverables management until final project approval), construction management (value engineering, tendering, and supervision), procurement management (FF&E and OS&E), as well as full administrative and budget control of the project. All to ensure the strict compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
